Job Description
Manage and supervise monthly financial closing activities
Review and post revenue provisions based on prepared data
Critically analyze subcontracting costs against forecasts and actuals
Monitor interdepot equipment and postings in ERP systems
Prepare depot reports and review figures at GL level
Develop monthly financial commentary and lead discussions between finance and operations
Compare forecasts with actuals and highlight discrepancies
Ensure accurate allocation of equipment and personnel in SAP
Track weekly open invoicing with HQ and follow up to ensure timely billing
Support quarterly forecasting using planning and rate data
Monitor project processes and identify efficiency improvements or bottlenecks
Lead and coordinate a team of local administrative staff

Detail-oriented and highly organized
Proactive in identifying operational efficiencies
Experienced in finance systems, ERP, and SAP allocation
