Who We're Looking For 1–5 PQE, specialising specifically in merger control. EU Qualified and or Brussels Bar registered Background from a Magic Circle, Silver Circle, top international or US firm Hard-working, grounded, modest and ambitious, with a genuine appetite for high-intensity competition work. Strong team player who thrives in a collaborative, non-ego environment. Working Model & Package Hybrid model with three days per week in office. Annual target hours: 1,800. Salary benchmarked at the top of the market (e.G., 2PQE currently £186k). Bonus structure aligned with Cravath: partial bonus at 1,800 hours; full bonus at 2,000 hours.
