**Job Description:**
The role of a Logistics Business Analyst involves working with a team to optimize logistics performance across the EMEA region. As a key member, you will turn data into actionable insights, support strategic decisions, and help ensure smooth, efficient, and cost-effective logistics operations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Cost Analysis (30%): Monitor logistics invoices for alignment with contractual agreements, flag budget deviations to support cost control, and investigate discrepancies.
* Supplier & Shipping Team Support (40%): Serve as the primary contact for logistics suppliers and internal shipping teams, participate in governance meetings, and identify process gaps through data analysis.
* Strategic Analysis (30%): Provide insights to support logistics network decisions, assist in preparing training materials for the shipping team, and contribute to annual budget planning.
**Requirements:**
* Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations analysis.
* Proven ability to manage complex logistics processes and optimize supply chain performance.
* Proficiency in ERP systems, ideally SAP, and data tools.
* Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
* Ability to build relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Knowledge of ISO and JSOX compliance standards.
