Function
As the HVAC team leader, you will be responsible for a team of six people. As each team member has their own area of expertise, it is important to recognise their strengths and allocate them to the right project at the right time. You will be responsible for an efficient planning, coordinating the work, and working with your hands where necessary. Therefore, it is crucial that you have, or can develop, the right knowledge of electricity, automation, HVAC, mechanics and woodworking, in order to make the right decisions. In short, you enjoy getting stuck in, but you also maintain an overview.
Your responsibilities:
* You are responsible for planning, monitoring and adjusting the daily activities of the maintenance team.
* You actively participate in all kinds of projects, including installations, maintenance and repairs.
* You coordinate facility and technical projects.
* You purchase various materials.
* You are the first point of contact for your colleagues, helping to ensure good team dynamics.
* Reporting to the managers, you ensure smooth communication within the organisation.
* You set priorities and ensure that the agreed working hours are adhered to.
* You coach and motivate the team.
* You ensure the safe use of materials.
Expectations
* You have experience in HVAC and other technical fields.
* You combine technical knowledge with organisational insight.
* You are practical and enjoy working hands-on.
* You can manage and motivate a small team.
* You are flexible, solution-oriented and enjoy variety.
* You have a good knowledge of Dutch.
