Full autonomy to shape strategy and bring our global capabilities (300+ senior experts across Madrid, Mumbai and Bogota) to local accounts.What you'll doOwn the local vision. Define and deploy the Havas Market roadmap in Belgium. Drive commercial growth. Win new business. Grow accounts beyond media-only KPIs. Lead an integrated offer across our four pillars. Build and lead your team.Who you are8 to 15 years in digital, e-commerce or performance marketing, ideally agency-side. A commercial mind who's grown business, not just managed it. A leader who builds high-performing teams. You understand Belgium: the trilingual reality, the retail landscape, the cultural codes across Brussels, Flanders and Wallonia. Fluent in English, plus either French or Dutch.
