Iberia Tech is looking for an experienced Tech Product Support to join our Operations Team. If you have strong expertise in cloud environments, operational excellence, and the ability to coordinate teams to maintain highly reliable systems, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
What will you do in this exciting role?
As a Tech Product Support, you will ensure the availability, resilience, and performance of critical applications and services. You will coordinate with support, development, infrastructure, and security teams to maintain stable and secure systems.
You will manage operational activities, support incident response, and ensure compliance with SLA/SLO targets, while driving improvements through observability, automation, and operational best practices.
What you'll do day-to-day:
• Ensure the reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency of cloud infrastructure running on AWS
• Coordinate with support, development, and infrastructure teams to maintain stable and secure services
• Drive observability and monitoring strategies using tools such as Dynatrace to proactively detect and mitigate incidents
• Support incident response processes and coordinate actions during critical situations
• Analyze recurring incidents, identify root causes, and implement sustainable improvements
• Maintain operational documentation including runbooks, incident reports, and reliability improvement plans
• Support audit preparation and ensure compliance with operational and security standards
• Oversee operational processes and ensure visibility and governance through FinOps and observability tools
• Collaborate with development teams through GitHub to strengthen CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices
• Design and validate disaster recovery strategies and ensure defined RTO/RPO objectives are met
What we’re looking for:
• Experience operating complex and business-critical systems
• Strong knowledge of cloud environments (AWS)
• Experience coordinating technical teams and working with cross-functional stakeholders
• Solid understanding of SRE principles (SLIs, SLOs, SLAs) and operational excellence metrics
• Hands-on experience with observability platforms such as Dynatrace
• Familiarity with cloud security practices and tools
• Ability to prioritize critical issues and react quickly in operational scenarios
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and GitHub workflows
• Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Aeronautical/Airports or a related field
What would be a plus:
• AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, SysOps Administrator, or similar)
• Experience with Terraform or infrastructure automation
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and incident management practices
• Experience with cloud security tools such as WIZ
