Job Description As a Client AI Solution Lead, you connect business needs with innovative technology. You identify market opportunities and turn them into clear sales strategies, building a strong pipeline around our OptimAI offerings. These AI solutions are grouped into two key domains: Supply Chain Optimization & Planning (forecasting, simulation, and optimization) and Smart Search & Assistance (Computer Vision, NLP, and Generative AI). You proactively explore the market and bring in new business, combining a strong hunting mindset with a consultative approach. You engage new prospects, open doors, and build lasting relationships. By analyzing customer needs and market dynamics, you shape a targeted sales approach. Together with technical teams, you co-create tailored, value-driven solutions and proposals that are both commercially compelling and technically sound. You actively represent the company at events and through networking , turning interactions into concrete opportunities. In close collaboration with marketing, you support lead generation and continuously optimize outreach and messaging. With a strong consultancy mindset and commercial drive , you understand client challenges, manage sales cycles, and contribute directly to sustainable growth.
