Brise is looking for a driven, autonomous sales professional to own our go-to-market. You will be the first dedicated commercial hire, which means real ownership, direct access to the founder.
Your job is to convert qualified opportunities into signed contracts and build the sales playbook that scales beyond you. If you've sold into banks, insurers, or energy companies and you're ready to do it with real autonomy and upside, this is for you.
What You'll Do
Own the full sales cycle from first contact to signed contract: discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, close
Build and manage a pipeline of enterprise prospects in banking, insurance, and energy
Develop sales collateral: pitch decks, ROI frameworks, case studies
Partner with the founder on complex multi-stakeholder deals and strategic accounts
Feed product with market insights from the field
Represent Brise at industry events, conferences, and regulatory roundtables
Who You Are
5+ years in B2B SaaS, regtech, compliance tech, or AI tooling sales
Track record closing significant deals with regulated-sector enterprise buyers
Fluent in French and English. The Belgian and French markets are your primary territory
Comfortable with technical products. You can discuss APIs, integrations, and data flows credibly
Hunter mentality: you thrive on outbound and building pipeline from scratch
Self-directed. You don't need a large team or established process to perform
Nice to Have
Existing relationships in Benelux financial services, insurance, or energy procurement
Experience selling to Chief Risk Officers, Compliance Officers, or Chief Digital Officers
Familiarity with AI governance or EU AI Act conversations
