Sibling is recruiting for a for a hands-on Data & MLOps Engineer to support a growing Data & Analytics function in Brussels. The role focuses on building reliable data pipelines, operationalising machine learning models, and enabling teams across the business to work smarter with data.
Tasks
* Own and evolve the MLOps setup used by data scientists.
* Build and maintain scalable data pipelines from multiple sources.
* Drive automation across data workflows and analytics processes.
* Set coding standards, manage versioning, and keep documentation clean.
* Act as the bridge between business users, data teams, and IT.
Ideal Skills
* Strong knowledge of MLOps, data modelling, and data engineering.
* Solid background with Azure, Databricks (Spark/PySpark), and GitHub.
* 5+ years in a similar environment (Big Data / ML / Data Science).
