Job Title: Senior .NET Developer – Test Automation & Cloud
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior .NET Developer to join a strategic initiative focused on building and evolving a modern automated testing platform within a cloud-native environment.
In this role, you will take the lead in designing scalable test automation systems, integrating them into CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring software quality across complex platforms. You will work at the intersection of development, cloud engineering, and DevOps, while also mentoring teams and promoting best practices.
This position offers a hybrid working model and long-term stability within a modern technical environment.
Core Responsibilities
Test Automation & Platform Development
Design and enhance a scalable automated testing platform
Develop and maintain robust test automation frameworks
Ensure performance, reliability, and security of test systems
Drive improvements in automation strategies and tooling
Cloud & System Modernization
Migrate and modernize systems into a .NET Azure-native environment
Leverage Azure services to build scalable and resilient solutions
Contribute to cloud architecture and best practices
CI/CD & DevOps Integration
Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps / GitHub)
Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline deployment processes
Support infrastructure as code practices (Terraform, Bicep)
Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing
Work closely with QA, DevOps, and development teams
Promote best practices in test automation and software quality
Coach and mentor team members
Profile Requirements
Experience
7+ years of experience with .NET / C# development
Strong experience with test automation and API-driven testing
Solid background in Azure cloud services
Hands-on experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices
Experience with modern architectures (microservices, event-driven systems)
Technical Skills
.NET 6/7/8, C#, REST APIs
Azure (Functions, Service Bus, API Management, etc.)
Azure DevOps / GitHub / Terraform / Bicep
xUnit / NUnit, Postman, Swagger
Kubernetes / Containers
Soft Skills
