What you will do
* Plan and conduct user research: interviews, contextual inquiry, and user testing
* Translate insights into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UI specifications
* Apply and enhance our design system and component library across products
* Collaborate with engineering teams to clarify requirements and ensure high-quality implementation
* Communicate design decisions and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders
* Mentor designers, supporting their growth and building their confidence
* Contribute to evolving UX processes and culture in the software business unit
Your profile
* 7+ years in UX, product design, or interaction design
* Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of complex products or features
* Proven ability to design enterprise-grade applications with intricate workflows
* Experience using and contributing to design systems
* Track record of successful collaboration with product and engineering teams
* Experience coaching or mentoring other designers (formal or informal)
* Systems thinker who thrives in ambiguity and works effectively within constraints
* Clear communicator who can articulate design rationale to technical and business stakeholders
Nice to have
* Experience with 3D interfaces, CAD tools, or industrial/technical software
* Familiarity with data-heavy, operational, or multi-system environments
* Experience in healthcare, aerospace, or manufacturing domains
