We’re looking for a Procurement Specialist to join our growing team and ensure the smooth supply of critical materials, equipment, and components for R&D projects and satellite missions.
What You’ll Do
* Manage the full cycle of technical purchases: from identifying needs to sourcing suppliers, negotiating, and acquisition.
* Track orders and coordinate the delivery of components for lab tests and R&D projects.
* Oversee customs procedures and import/export documentation.
* Negotiate prices, terms, and lead times with global suppliers.
* Optimize delivery schedules to ensure continuity of projects and critical tests.
* Maintain and update the approved suppliers database.
* Collaborate with engineering teams to confirm compliance with technical specifications.
* Identify cost savings, supply chain improvements, and better-performing materials.
* Prepare purchase reports, costs, and timelines for the CTO and Project Manager.
What We’re Looking For
* Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related experience.
* 3+ years of procurement experience (aerospace, defence, or high-tech preferred).
* Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
* Knowledge of customs, international trade, and export control.
* Fluent in English (Spanish a strong plus).
* Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in a fast-paced environment.
