Project manager – bms & pms systems

As part of our involvement in the Google Data Center project in Farciennes, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Package Manager – BMS & PMS Systems to strengthen our project delivery team.This is a unique opportunity to contribute to one of Europe's most strategic data center developments, working alongside multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced and highly technical environment.Your ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate the BMS (Building Management System) and PMS (Power Management System) package throughout construction, testing, commissioning, and handoverEnsure the successful integration of BMS/PMS systems within the overall project schedule and technical scopeCoordinate with contractors, vendors, commissioning teams, MEP disciplines, and client representativesMonitor project progress, quality, safety, costs, and risks, ensuring timely resolution of technical and operational issuesManage package budgets, procurement activities, subcontractors, and change requestsSupport commissioning, validation, and handover activities, ensuring all documentation and testing requirements are completedPromote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with project HSE and quality standardsYour ProfileDegree in Engineering, Construction Management, Automation, or a related technical disciplineProven experience in project management, package management, commissioning, or construction management within data centers, industrial facilities, pharmaceutical plants, or other critical infrastructure environmentsStrong understanding of BMS, PMS, automation, or building systems integrationExperience managing multidisciplinary stakeholders, contractors, and technical vendorsFamiliarity with project planning, cost control, quality assurance, and commissioning processesExperience in regulated industries (Pharma, Biotech, Life Sciences) is considered a strong assetExcellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skillsFluent English required; French and/or Dutch is an advantage.Why join us?Joining RealDev means becoming part of an ISO 9001-certified company, where autonomy is not just a buzzword in a PowerPoint presentation—it's part of your everyday work.You'll contribute to meaningful projects, collaborate with colleagues who are eager to share their expertise, and thrive in an environment where your ideas are valued and encouraged.As part of our team, you will have the opportunity toTake ownership of your work and grow with a high level of autonomy.Turn your ideas into reality by contributing to impactful industrial projects.Collaborate with experienced professionals in a culture built on trust, knowledge sharing, and teamwork.
