Lead and coordinate the daily, monthly, and yearly finance operations (accounting, treasury, tax, and VAT) with the team. Oversee statutory and regulatory compliance, ensuring all financial obligations are met and that the organization maintains proper awareness of requirements. Prepare statutory accounts in line with NLGAAP standards and deadlines. Manage the preparation and submission of VAT and tax returns, including interactions with tax authorities. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial results at both country and group level, particularly during monthly closings. Guarantee that documents are correctly recorded in accordance with the defined group structure. Deliver accurate and timely accounts to the group in compliance with internal standards. Provide the Head of Accounting with relevant and reliable financial information for decision-making. Conduct balance sheet reconciliations in line with group requirements, while highlighting potential risks and opportunities. Maintain strong financial accounting policies and controls, supporting successful internal and external audits. Drive continuous improvement of financial systems and processes to enhance compliance, efficiency, and effectiveness. Ensure sound financial governance and adherence to compliance frameworks across all finance activities. Bachelor in Accounting Minimum 4 years of experience in AZ Accounting You work autonomously and take initiatives You are challenge-driven and open to changes You are oriented solutions You have an excellent English and can speak either French or Dutch Budget & Benefits The gross monthly salary ranges between €3,800 and €4,000. The package includes a company car with a fuel card (or alternatively, a mobility budget).
