What you’ll be doing
* Managing end-to-end payroll across Spain & Portugal
* Supporting payroll centralisation & process improvements
* Ensuring compliance with local tax, social security & legislation
* Handling reconciliations, reporting, and audit support
* Partnering with internal teams and external authorities
What they’re looking for
* Proven Spanish payroll experience (end-to-end)
* Exposure to Portuguese payroll (essential)
* Strong understanding of local legislation & compliance
* Confident working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
* C1 level English (you’ll be involved in international projects)
