Key ResponsibilitiesOversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closings across multiple entitiesEnsure accurate financial reporting under BE GAAP and IFRSLead and develop a small accounting teamAct as the main point of contact for auditors, regulators, and external advisorsDrive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processesMonitor financial performance and provide strategic insights to senior leadershipStrengthen internal controls and compliance frameworksSupport systems and process improvements, including ERP and reporting toolsCollaborate cross-functionally with operations, risk, and compliance teams
Your ProfileMaster's degree in Finance, Accounting, or EconomicsMinimum 7–10 years of experience, starting in accounting (Big 4 or similar is a strong plus)Proven experience in financial reporting and team leadershipStrong knowledge of BE GAAP and IFRSExperience in financial services, fintech, or regulated environments is highly desirableFluent in English ; French or Dutch is a plusStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsHands-on mindset with the ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels
