As we evolve toward AI‑enabled “cargo securing intelligence,” our Inside Sales engine plays a critical role in delivering scalable growth. We are now seeking an Inside Sales Team Leader to drive performance across our European Inside Sales Team and elevate our customer engagement model.
In this role, you will blend commercial execution with people leadership, coaching a diverse team, driving account development, ensuring strong commercial discipline, and using data to guide decisions. Your ability to structure the team’s weekly rhythm, maintain high quality touchpoints, and collaborate cross‑functionally will directly influence Cordstrap’s success.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Growth
* Own and grow a high‑volume SMB customer portfolio, ensuring sustainable revenue and gross profit delivery.
* Build data‑driven growth plans and translate them into clear, actionable priorities.
* Use CRM and Power BI insights to diagnose gaps, address root causes, and implement corrective actions.
Team Leadership & Coaching
* Lead, coach, and develop Inside Sales professionals through structured sessions, capability building, and ongoing performance management.
* Foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across a multinational team.
Execution Excellence
* Oversee customer engagement rhythms, including lifecycle nurturing, inbound lead qualification, re-qualification of existing accounts, development, and reactivation campaigns.
* Support smaller locations of Global Key Accounts in collaboration with KAM and in line with parent strategy.
* Ensure accurate CRM updates, high-quality customer insights, and consistent sales methodology application.
Cross‑Functional Alignment
* Partner with Sales (Field Sales, Key Accounts and Business Development managers), Marketing, Customer Service, Planning, and Finance to streamline execution and remove barriers to customer outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
Skills & Experience
* Proven B2B Inside Sales background within an industrial or solutions‑driven environment.
* Strong team‑leadership and coaching experience with demonstrated performance improvement.
* Proficiency in CRM and analytics tools.
* Experience in multinational, matrixed and remote working environments.
* Familiarity with modern sales methodologies (consultative, value‑based).
* Fluent in English + another EU language. Additional EU languages are highly valuable.
