Job Description
As a CS DACH for the Medical Industry your responsibilities are:
* Act as the primary point of contact for customers in the DACH region, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
* Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently.
* Handle customer inquiries, complaints, specific demands, ...
* Handle returns
* Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
* Maintain and update customer records in the system to ensure accuracy.
* Provide product information and guidance to customers in the life science industry.
* Support the sales team with administrative tasks and customer follow-ups.
* Monitor and handle customer complaints to achieve effective resolutions.
* Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the customer service department.
The Successful Applicant
A successful CS DACH for the Medical Industry should have:
* Strong communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken.
* Experience in customer service (within the life science or medical industry is a plus)
* Proficiency in using SAP
* Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
* Organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
