Azuro is looking for a Marketing Manager who combines strategic insight with a strong hands-on approach. The focus is on visibility, lead generation and providing concrete support to the company's business objectives. The Marketing Manager works closely with the team, the business and customers, turning marketing into a tangible driver of growth. Develop and implement a pragmatic marketing strategy focused on growth, visibility and impact. Lead and coach a team of four marketing professionals (campaigns, digital, content, partnerships/events). Bring structure to the marketing function by setting priorities, managing planning and clearly defining responsibilities. Build and manage the marketing roadmap and oversee the full campaign lifecycle (content, events, social media, email, SEO/SEA). Develop and manage partnerships with external partners and media. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure marketing initiatives align with business needs and support overall objectives. Monitor and analyse results and KPIs, translating them into concrete optimisation actions. Coordinate and manage external parties such as marketing agencies, designers and suppliers. Safeguard brand identity and ensure consistent, recognisable communication. Take ownership of webshop sales and first-line customer contacts. Master's degree. At least five years of experience in marketing, including a minimum of two years in a leadership or coordination role. Proven experience with both inbound and outbound marketing in a B2B environment. Strong organisational skills with the ability to maintain oversight, set priorities and follow through on actions. A participative, hands-on leadership style. Experience with HubSpot and digital marketing tools such as SEO, SEA, marketing automation and analytics. Clear and professional communication skills, combined with a collaborative mindset and healthy assertiveness. Fluency in Dutch, very good command of French and a good command of English. Interest in new technologies such as AI and marketing automation, with a focus on practical applications in an SME context. A...
