Company Description
CreativeWorkStudios combines art, brand strategy, and academic research into an innovative, integrated creative practice. Partnering with leaders in culture and technology, we help brands and institutions navigate their roles in a constantly evolving cultural landscape. With a diverse team across fields like architecture, production, health, and space exploration, we uncover connections others miss. Our projects aim to create lasting impacts, successfully raising over $2.5M for non-profit initiatives. By blending agency, think tank, and production studio capabilities, we provide solutions that empower brands to engage with people meaningfully in a dynamic media environment.
Role Description
You will plan, produce, and publish social content across platforms, translating ideas into clear, consistent short-form outputs. This includes content calendars, visual layouts, short-form video, copy, and scheduling, while maintaining a consistent visual and editorial language across platforms.
You will work closely with the CreativeWorkStudios team, responding to briefs while also contributing ideas, references, and structural clarity. The role is hands-on: from layout and basic motion to copy, scheduling, and iteration. You should be comfortable moving between strategic intent and execution, and understand social media as a cultural space beyond a distribution channel.
Qualifications
You have a solid foundation in graphic design and visual layout, with an understanding of hierarchy, spacing, and typography. You are comfortable taking clear instructions and translating them into accurate, well-executed outputs.
You have a clear sense of visual culture and contemporary references, with the ability to adapt tone and form across different clients without flattening their identity. You write clearly and precisely, with an instinct for structure rather than slogans. You are organised, reliable, and comfortable working independently while staying closely aligned with a small team.
You are comfortable managing multiple accounts. Experience with Instagram, LinkedIn, and short-form formats is essential.
* Strong working knowledge of Figma
* Fluency in the Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator; InDesign a plus)
* Confidence preparing and editing decks in Keynote and Figma
* Ability to work within brand guidelines and templates
* Familiarity with preparing files for both digital and print outputs
Practicalities
This is a freelance, remote role with ongoing collaboration potential, depending on project flow. You will work closely with the core studio team, with clear briefs and regular check-ins.
