Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations, compliance, and HR systems management. This role is critical in ensuring that our growing team is supported, engaged, and aligned with our companys vision.
The ideal candidate is a hands on problem solver who thrives in a fast paced startup environment and is eager to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives. As the guardian of company culture, you will foster an environment where employees feel valued, empowered, and motivated to contribute to our shared mission.
Additionally, we are looking for someone who is highly agile with computers and has advanced experience with the Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) and ERP/CRM software such as Odoo. Strong proficiency in HR systems, email management, and spreadsheets is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
Culture & Employee Experience
* Act as the guardian of the company culture, ensuring that our values are embedded in daily operations, decision making, and leadership behaviors.
* Foster a collaborative and inclusive workplace where employees feel supported and inspired.
* Develop and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives to maintain a strong, motivated workforce.
* Organize company wide events, team building activities, and initiatives to strengthen company culture.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to hiring and onboarding.
* Work closely with department heads to ensure smooth onboarding planning and execution for new hires.
* Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all legal requirements.
* Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
HR Operations & Compliance
1. Maintain and update HR policies, ensuring they align with local, state, and federal regulations.
2. Ensure consistent application of HR policies across the organi
