Junior Marketing Specialist - VIE Contract

iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

About Sanofi
Main responsibilities:
3. Develops Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV)-specific marketing materials, promotional campaigns, and digital projects in collaboration with local country teams and external agencies.
4. Plans and executes omnichannel marketing activities and RSV customer journeys in close collaboration with North Europe RSV Brand Lead.
5. Maps and analyzes the RSV patient journey across key populations (infants, elderly, immunocompromised) to identify gaps in awareness, diagnosis, and prevention uptake.
6. Contributes to the design of RSV educational initiatives for healthcare professionals (HCP), including congress materials, webinars, and scientific symposia aligned with RSV season.
7. Supports the design and deployment of RSV digital marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, social media content, HCP portal updates, and RSV season awareness activations.
8. Contributes to the development of RSV digital customer journeys across multiple touchpoints (HCP portals, CRM platforms, webinars, RSV season reminder tools).
9. Supports the Belgian team in extending E‑commerce capabilities for pharmacies, contributing to the deployment of digital tools and platforms aligned with the reinforced Go‑to‑Market approach for seasonal vaccines, including pre‑sales activation.
About you
Experience:
10. Initial experience (internship or first role) in marketing, preferably in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry.
Soft and technical skills:
11. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms; familiarity with CRM systems (Veeva, Salesforce) is a plus.
12. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (additional North European languages are an asset).
13. Ability to work in a cross-functional, multicultural, and matrix environment.
14. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
15. Proactive, curious, and eager to learn; demonstrates initiative and a growth mindset aligned with Sanofi's values.
Education:
16. Master's degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
Languages:
17. Fluent English (written and verbal).
