Responsibilities
* Gather and analyze functional requirements from business, IT, and security stakeholders
* Define and document functional specifications for the SailPoint IdentityIQ solution
* Design and improve IAM/IAG processes (identity lifecycle, JML, access governance, workflows, certifications, SoD)
* Collaborate with technical teams on SailPoint IIQ 8.4 configuration and implementation
* Support integration with target systems (AD, LDAP, business applications, Windows/Unix/Mainframe)
* Participate in functional testing and UAT activities
* Support key users and contribute to change management
* Prepare functional documentation and user guides
* Provide post–go-live functional support
* Contribute to ongoing MVP releases and future solution enhancements
Skills
* Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (8.x, preferably 8.4)
* Solid expertise in IAM / IAG (RBAC, ABAC, identity lifecycle, access governance, compliance)
* Functional analysis, requirements gathering, and specification writing
* Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions
* Experience in complex, multi-application environments
* Knowledge of access management across various platforms and systems
* Familiarity with process modeling and information security processes
* Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
* Autonomous, structured, and quality-focused working style
* Strong problem-solving, influencing, and collaboration skills
