Je bent altijd op de hoogte van de lopende acties en met je luisterend oor zet je elke klant op nummer 1. Naast het creëren van een leuke sfeer in de winkel, ondersteun je de Shopmanager bij het reilen en zeilen van de winkel. Daarnaast help je bij het analyseren van cijfers en rapporten. Tenslotte motiveren en inspireren jullie het team om samen de vooropgestelde targets te behalen.
