Mission.
1. Monitor market trends, competition, and customer needs in the cards industry
2. Analyse product performance (revenues, market share, NPS, etc.)
3. Identify improvement opportunities for card products and services
4. Analyse and challenge business requirements and change requests
5. Collaborate with stakeholders to define optimal solutions
6. Translate business needs into clear requirements and acceptance criteria
7. Act as the interface between business and IT teams
8. Define business scope and target operating models
9. Support implementation and ensure successful delivery (including BAT)
Required profile.
10. At least 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst
11. Strong expertise in cards products & payment solutions
12. Good understanding of cards ecosystem (Belgium market is a plus)
13. Experience bridging business & IT environments
14. Knowledge of Agile methodologies
15. Experience in Product Owner / Project Management is a plus
16. Familiarity with payment solutions (e.g., Apple Pay, Wero, etc.) is a plus
