* Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
* Support employee onboarding and training coordination
* Maintain and update HR records, databases, and personnel files
* Assist in payroll preparation and benefits administration
* Provide administrative support in performance management and HR projects
* Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
Profiel
* First experience in HR administration or a similar role (internships included)
* Fluent in English and French or Dutch
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Familiarity with HR systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment
* Proactive and able to handle sensitive information with discretion
