Account Manager extra-muros Wallonie/Bruxelles & LuxembourgYour responsibilities include:Representing, promoting, and selling our Home Healthcare and Pressure & Mobility Care products to the following target groups: health insurance funds, medical shops, wholesalers in physiotherapy and primary care, home care organizations;Actively prospecting and visiting new customers, channels, points of sale, etc.;Maintaining relationships with existing clients: customer management, providing training, introducing new products and promotions, selling service contracts, and cross- and upselling the Hospidex portfolio;Giving live demonstrations, selling at trade fairs and events, and providing training on our Home Healthcare portfolio (Omron, Sissel) and Pressure Relief portfolio (Repose and Toto);Providing input for market analyses: identifying potential customers and drafting an action plan in consultation with the Business Unit Manager;Performing internal commercial tasks: following up on the customer roadmap and Key Accounts in collaboration with the Business Unit Manager, launching new products, and supporting communication efforts together with the Marketing Manager.Your profile:You have completed a higher education and/or commercial training, preferably in physiotherapy or occupational therapy;You have relevant experience in the sector;You are motivated by commercial challenges;You are customer- and service-oriented and known for your excellent interpersonal skills;You are independent, stress-resistant, and well-organized;You are creative and proactive;You are flexible and willing to occasionally work evenings or weekends;You speak perfect Dutch and French;You can follow and participate in meetings in English;You are able to travel flexibly according to the needs of the role (ideally, you live centrally in Belgium).What we offer:A role in a well-known company within its market segment, representing innovative and well-established products;An autonomous commercial position in a growing market;A pleasant, dynamic work environment with a high degree of autonomy;Comprehensive and efficient training to get you up and running quickly;A permanent employment contract with an attractive salary package based on your experience, including a fixed salary and fringe benefits.
