What you will do: Develop and maintain multi‑year maintenance plans and budgets Coordinate and guide maintenance technicians, ensuring safe and efficient execution of work Monitor, document, and evaluate all mechanical maintenance activities to ensure compliance and quality Analyze recurring issues and optimize maintenance processes based on data and past interventions Manage spare parts and technical inventory to support operational continuity Troubleshoot equipment failures or coordinate corrective actions with internal teams and external partners Prepare and schedule maintenance tasks to ensure smooth execution and minimal downtime Who you are? Degree in Electromechanical Engineering or equivalent Minimum of five years of relevant experience in an industrial environment Hands‑on mindset and willingness to spend time on the production floor Strong people management skills and the ability to coordinate technical teams Solid analytical and problem‑solving abilities Proficiency with maintenance‑related software Communicative, flexible, and team‑oriented Self‑driven, results‑focused, and comfortable working independently Strong sense of responsibility, with a commitment to safety, quality, and environmental standards Freelancer Fluent in Dutch & English
