Your role
As a Human Resources Intern, you will be responsible for:
* Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings and candidate screening.
* Conduct initial candidate interviews.
* Coordinate interviews with Hiring Managers.
* Support HR analytics and reporting initiatives.
* Contribute to various HR projects and administrative tasks as needed.
Desired Skills and Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master’s Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
* Native Spanish speaker with fluency in English (verbal and written).
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced level).
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Proactive team player with a genuine interest in Human Resources.
* Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
