The ideal candidate will support the installation and assembly of modular mechanical systems on construction sites, ensuring that modules are installed according to engineering drawings, technical specifications, and assembly plans.
This individual will act as the technical reference for mechanical installation activities on site, providing guidance to subcontractors and installation teams during the assembly of modules including piping systems, structural metalwork, and mechanical equipment.
The candidate will work closely with design engineers, logistics teams, and subcontractors, supporting the successful installation and integration of modular systems within industrial construction projects.
This role is fully site-based and requires strong experience working in mechanical installation environments and construction sites.
Responsibilities
* Support the installation and assembly of modular mechanical systems on construction sites
* Provide technical guidance to subcontractors and installation teams during module assembly
* Ensure installations follow engineering drawings, assembly plans, and technical specifications
* Supervise mechanical installation activities including piping systems, structural components, and mechanical equipment
* Identify and resolve technical issues encountered during installation
* Coordinate with design engineers, logistics teams, and project stakeholders
* Support the integration of mechanical and electromechanical components within modular units
* Ensure work is carried out safely and in line with construction and project standards
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related discipline
* 3–8+ years of experience in mechanical installation, construction site supervision, or industrial equipment installation
* Experience supervising the installation of piping systems, mechanical equipment, or structural metalwork
* Strong understanding of mechanical drawings and assembly plans
* Experience working in construction or industrial installation environments
* Strong communication and coordination skills
* Fluent English required – French is a strong advantage
