Job Description:
You will be responsible for delivering excellent post-sales support at customer sites—installing, maintaining, and repairing high-tech systems in hospitals, laboratories, and healthcare institutions. You’ll ensure optimal equipment performance, directly impacting healthcare quality and outcomes.
What you’ll do
* Install, configure, and maintain advanced laboratory equipment at customer locations.
* Troubleshoot technical issues, both on-site and remotely, ensuring rapid and effective solutions.
* Provide proactive advice on preventive maintenance and system optimization.
* Deliver professional customer service and build long-term client relationships.
* Collaborate with colleagues across technical and support teams.
* Travel regionally and occasionally internationally for training and technical meetings.
Requirements:
* You recently graduated/will graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electromechanics, or Biomedical Engineering or in a related field.
* You live in the Charleroi or Namur area and are comfortable commuting to customer sites in the region.
* You’re a hands-on problem-solver who thrives in dynamic, real-world environments.
* You’re customer-oriented and enjoy direct interaction with healthcare professionals.
* You are fluent in French, have a good command of English (technical documentation and training), and are open to improving your Dutch if needed.
* Knowledge of IT/network infrastructure is a plus.
* You’re open to working flexible hours and participating in an on-call rotation.
* You’re eager to learn and grow within a supportive and innovative team.
