What you’ll do
In this position, you will be responsible for leading strategic sourcing for direct material categories such as compressors, motors, copper and cooling systems, balancing cost efficiency, risk management and long‑term strategy while ensuring compliance and regional requirements. * Lead end‑to‑end strategic sourcing initiatives for Direct Materials in Manaus, ensuring cost competitiveness, supplier reliability and regulatory compliance.
* Act as a strategic partner to strategic stakeholders, influencing decisions with data while developing and implementing category strategies aligned with business objectives.
* Structure, negotiate and challenge contracts, identifying safe, compliant opportunities for optimization, renegotiation and structural improvements while considering ZonaFranca's requirements.
* Conduct complex negotiations with high financial and operational impact.
* Work in initiatives with team members and other areas, looking to develop a strategic sourcing mentality in the group.
* As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EMS/EAI).
Who you are
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economy or related fields.
* Solid background in Procurement, oriented to Strategic Sourcing initiatives.
* Proven track record in managing categories such as Warehousing or Industrial Services.
* Consistent experience in contract management and negotiations with high financial impact.
* Knowledge of cost analysis (Total Cost Ownership) and category management.
* Advanced English is mandatory.

You will be based at the Manaus plant, located in the Industrial District, a central hub for Electrolux Group’s Air Care production operations. This site brings together teams fully committed to continuous improvement and process efficiency, playing a key role in driving operational excellence and delivering competitive solutions for the business.
