About the Role
The Sales Support role is a key position within our organization, responsible for ensuring seamless logistics activities and requests from customers are properly coordinated and followed up. This involves acting as the primary point of contact between customers and operational colleagues, providing necessary support to the teams.
Main Responsibilities
* Coordinate customer logistics activities and requests efficiently
* Provide exceptional support to operational colleagues, ensuring clear communication with customers
* Foster deep relationships with existing customers, aiming to build long-term partnerships
Requirements
* A Bachelor's degree in sales or logistics, with initial experience in a similar role
* Proficiency in Dutch and French, with very good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
* Comfortable with new IT technologies, including MS Office; initial experience with an ERP system is advantageous
