As a Customer assistance agent, your responsibilities are:
* Manage and follow up international assistance cases
* Coordinate with foreign partners and service providers
* Arrange bookings (cars, hotels, trains, flights, taxis)
* Handle calls and ensure accurate administrative updates
* Support premium clients and manage related contracts
A successful Touring Seizoensmedewerker - Bijstandsverlener should have:

* Communicates fluently in Dutch & French, with strong English skills
* Brings initial experience in customer contact and case handling
