* Translate HR priorities into clear and compliant HR policies.
* Assess the impact of HR regulatory changes on operations and processes.
* Advise on complex HR regulation and social law matters.
* Coordinate with HR, operational and legal stakeholders.
* Prepare union negotiations and supporting documentation.
* Support HR policy evolution and dialogue with social partners. You will only be involved in the preparation of meetings. Negotiations will be handled by the Head of Labour relations & HRD.
* Act as a mediator when needed.
* Master's degree, ideally in Law.
* Fluent in Dutch and strong professional French.
* Strong experience in HR regulation, Belgian social law and social relations.
* Exposure to unions and collective labour relations.
* Analytical, pragmatic and confident in advising senior stakeholders.
* Diplomatic, structured and comfortable in sensitive social situations.
* SAP HR knowledge is a plus.
