To sustain our strong growth, we are looking for an Experienced Recruiter & Coordinator to take the lead of our Life Sciences Talent Acquisition team in Belgium.
You will be both a Senior recruiter and the Leader of a team of 4 recruiters.
Your role combines hands-on talent acquisition with team leadership.
1. Talent Acquisition (operational recruitment – ~60%)
* Identify recruitment needs and priorities together with Business Managers
* Source high-potential candidates (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, network...)
* Conduct pre-qualifications & full interviews
* Drive the end-to-end recruitment process, from first contact to contract signature
* Act as a talent advisor to the Life Sciences unit
2. Team Leadership (people & activity management – ~40%)
* Lead, coach and energize a team of 4 recruiters based in Brussels
* Organize workload, priorities and planning to meet ambitious hiring targets
* Support the daily activities of local entities (BE perimeter)
* Ensure clear reporting, KPIs follow-up and continuous improvement
* Act as the bridge between recruitment and business stakeholders
YOUR PROFILE
* Native French or Dutch speaker, fluent in English
* Bachelor or Master degree
* Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience (consulting or agency experience is a strong plus)
* Strong interpersonal skills: listening, communication, service mindset
* Proactive, autonomous and structured — able to manage priorities efficiently
* Motivated by challenges and ambitious objectives
* Interest in or experience with Life Sciences is an advantage
