Job Description
As a Customer Service Officer (Part-Time Position), you will be in charge of the following responsibilites :
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email.
Provide accurate information about products and services to clients.
Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery of services.
Maintain and update customer records in the system.
Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs effectively, whether it's logistics, finance or production teams.
Track customer interactions and prepare reports for management.
Support the sales team with administrative tasks as needed.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate for Customer Service Officer (Part-Time Position) at our client would have the following skills:
Educational background in business, customer service, or a related field.
Experience in customer service or sales support roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in relevant software and CRM tools.
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Fluency in French & English. Dutch is a plus
