Head of QA/QC Piping
to take full ownership of its Quality function.

not a classic QA/QC role .

The Role & Mission
As
Head of QA/QC Piping, you will take responsibility for a
15-person QA/QC department
and report at a senior level within the organization.
Your mandate is clear and ambitious:
Lead, structure and upgrade
the QA/QC Piping team
Significantly
raise the maturity level
of quality practices across all EPC projects
Strengthen technical rigor while making QA/QC a
value-adding partner, not just a control function
Drive a
modernization and digitalization roadmap, including the integration of
AI and data-driven quality tools
Act as the
technical authority and reference
for QA/QC Piping, internally and externally
You will play a critical role in ensuring that quality scales
in line with the company’s growth, without slowing down execution.

The Ideal Profile
This opportunity is aimed at a
senior QA/QC Piping leader
with:
A strong background in
EPC, industrial piping or large-scale projects
Proven experience managing and developing
QA/QC teams
Deep
technical credibility
in piping QA/QC, codes and standards
A
change-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset
The ability to operate at both
strategic and operational levels
Languages : French - English
