At KPMG Belgium, we are at the forefront of driving digital transformation across multiple sectors, including energy, public sector, financial services, manufacturing, and retail. We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Senior Advisor to join our dynamic team and drive IT transformative projects.
As a Senior Advisor within the CIO Advisory team, you will leverage your expertise to strategically support and guide medium- to large size organizations through their digital and technology-led transformation journeys.
Your core responsibilities will include:
1. Collaborating with clients in defining their IT strategy and IT target operating model and the actual roll-out of this strategy within the organization.Shaping vision on Digital & IT Strategy & Transformation (evaluating as-is, identifying gaps, shaping plans, guiding transformation journey)Evaluating & designing Digital & IT TOM (processes, people, service delivery model, governance) Creating roadmaps for transformation journey
2. Guiding clients in outsourcing strategies, enhancing existing relationships with external service providers, and optimizing service delivery models
3. Assessing architecture landscape and providing forward-looking recommendations
4. Ensuring quality assurance in technology transformations through peer reviews, risk assessments, and issue resolution
5. Identifying and shaping business opportunities and supporting go-to-market activities to further drive growth.
6. Supervising and coaching project teams to deliver transformation projects/programs effectively.

Skills & Qualifications
In addition to a Master's degree in economics, informatics or engineering or similar field, you should possess:
7. 5+years of relevant experience in at least one of the following areas: IT Strategy/ IT Audit & GRC/ IT Governance / IT Sourcing and SIAM/ ITSM
8. Demonstrating a strong understanding of IT strategy and digital transformation.
9. A natural inclination for innovation, entrepreneurship, and agility in dynamic environments.
10. Excellent change management, communication, and storytelling skills.
11. Flexibility and motivation to work on diverse projects, with fluency in Dutch/ or French, and English.
12. Previous experience in consulting is an advantage.
13. Cobit, ITIL, TOGAF… certifications are an asset.
