Education & Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in international or group-level environments. Skills & Competencies Proven success in managing complex recruitment across functions and countries. Strong sourcing and networking capabilities; expert in tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders. Experience in leading or contributing to global HR/TA communities. Business-savvy with a strategic mindset. High integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information. Strong organizational skills and agility in fast-paced settings.
