Endpoint Administrator (EAD) – L5

We are seeking an experienced Endpoint Administrator (L5) to support and optimise a large‑scale Digital Workplace environment in Brussels. This role is ideal for a senior engineer with strong expertise in endpoint management, automation, and enterprise‑grade device lifecycle operations.

Role Overview

As an EAD L5, you will ensure that all organisational endpoints — including workstations, laptops, mobiles, and tablets — are aligned with the company’s collaboration, security, and operational requirements. You will work across the full device lifecycle, contribute to policy design, and drive continuous improvement in endpoint management.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and support endpoints across their full lifecycle using Intune/Endpoint Manager, Azure AD (Entra ID), Microsoft 365 Admin Center, and automation (PowerShell, Python, Ansible)
• Build and maintain enterprise OS reference images using Autopilot, MDT, SCCM, and Windows 10/11 imaging tools
• Manage security and software updates using WUfB, WSUS, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, and McAfee ePO
• Investigate and resolve endpoint issues involving Windows OS, drivers, peripherals, Intune policies, and compliance monitoring
• Contribute to endpoint policy design, including configuration profiles, compliance policies, conditional access, and automation improvements

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong expertise in Windows 10/11 administration, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Solid understanding of endpoint and peripheral installation/troubleshooting (drivers, docking stations, printers, mobile devices)
• Experience with application packaging and OS imaging (MSI/MSIX, Intune App Deployment, SCCM, MDT, Autopilot)
• Advanced scripting and automation skills in:
• PowerShell (primary)
• Python
• Ansible
• Perl
