This role goes beyond UX design and focuses on product oversight, decision-making frameworks, and cross-functional coordination.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage EDS as a product (vision, roadmap, adoption)Establish and maintain governance structures (processes, standards, decision frameworks)Coordinate and align multiple stakeholders (business, tech, design, leadership)Drive prioritization and trade-off decisionsEnsure consistency, scalability, and long-term sustainability of EDSAct as the central point of accountability for EDS-related initiativesMonitor usage, feedback, and performance to guide improvementsRequired ProfileStrong experience in product management or product ownershipProven ability to manage stakeholders at different levelsExperience setting up governance models and processesStrategic mindset with the ability to operationalizeFamiliarity with design systems or enterprise platforms (nice to have, not core UX execution)Important ClarificationThis is not a pure UX design role.
