Title: Senior IT Support Engineer Language Requirement: French and English – MandatoryJob Description:We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Support Engineer with 5 to 8 years of experience in managing IT Service Management operations, focusing on End User Computing and Deskside Support Services. The ideal candidate must be bilingual in French and English and possess strong technical, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.Key Responsibilities:Manage ITSM operations with a strong focus on End User Computing and Deskside support.High-level understanding of desktop support technologies and infrastructure components.Troubleshoot network issues and demonstrate strong diagnostic skills.Utilize SCCM, Ivanti, or Intune for software deployments and installations.Perform OS installations, handle OS-related issues, and provide issue resolution.Patch management – including package installations and troubleshooting.Support and manage conference room devices (Polycom, CISCO, Starleaf, MSTeams, etc.).Coordinate with facilities teams for maintenance of non-network devices (CCTV, sensors, etc.).Ensure all workstations are up-to-date with antivirus, Windows patches, and feature packs.Remote troubleshooting using tools like RDP, iDRAC, ILO, etc.Printer issue resolution and file restoration support.Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong stakeholder communication.Communicate issues and solutions effectively to business units.Demonstrated experience working within Managed Services operations.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.Strong knowledge of ITIL framework and service management lifecycle.Maintain and track IT asset inventory. Manage laptop lifecycle and reclamation processes.Handle peripheral inventory (laptops, docking stations, monitors, etc.).Conduct regular housekeeping tasks including space reclamation and profile archiving.Perform software installation, reinstallation, and troubleshooting.Qualifications:Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in IT support and service management.Bilingual fluency in French and English – Must Have.ITIL certification or working experience with ITIL-based environments is preferred.
