B.E.S. (Business & Engineering Solutions) is growing and thus welcoming a new Senior Project Quality Engineer in our Aeronautics team.
As a Senior Project Quality Engineer at B.E.S., you will enjoy a collaborative environment where you will work closely with others in an organization that encourages and values collaboration, mentoring, and continuous learning.
Your Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage quality activities across multiple military aircraft development projects, ensuring compliance with stringent aerospace and defense standards.
* Define, implement, and monitor quality strategies, processes, and KPIs throughout the project lifecycle.
* Act as the primary interface between internal teams, suppliers, and customers on all quality-related matters.
* Anticipate risks, propose mitigation plans, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to guarantee delivery excellence.
* Support project teams in applying best practices in quality assurance, configuration management, and documentation control.
* Contribute to audits, certifications, and customer reviews, ensuring projects consistently meet contractual and regulatory requirements.
Your Profile:
* Senior professional with 10+ years of experience in quality management within the aerospace or defense industry.
* Proven track record in leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects with a strong focus on quality and compliance.
* Solid knowledge of aerospace quality standards (EN9100, ISO, AQAP, etc.) and defense-related requirements.
* Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, able to influence and align cross-functional teams.
* Analytical mindset with a pragmatic approach to solving problems and driving performance.
* Fluent in English (both written and spoken); proficiency in French is a strong asset.
* Willingness to work on-site regularly and occasionally travel to suppliers or customer locations.
