We are seeking a talented individual to join our Graduate Program within our Financial & Professional Liability (FinPro) department at Marsh. This role will be based in Brussels. This position is for graduates or early career professionals interested in finance, risk, and consulting.

The Marsh Graduate Program has been designed with this in mind: to provide a permanent contract where you start with an intensive 18-month experience : you will have the opportunity to discover the different facets of our business by doing three rotations across different team within FinPro to provide a broad understanding of the business areas.

From day one, you will take on real responsibility as you develop your knowledge and skills, tackle real projects, and work with our clients.

About the position:

- Working on real client projects under the guidance of experienced colleagues

- Analyzing financial and insurance data

- Preparing reports, presentations, and decision-making documents

- Participating in internal workshops and training sessions

- Developing solution proposals for complex issues

Potential rotations :

Management Liability / Commercial: Learn about Directors and Officers Liability insurance to support advising our commercial clients (SME to Bel20 companies, cross sector). Actively work together with the team on clients.

Management Liability / Financial Institutions: Learn about our core Directors and Officers Liability Insurance (D&O) & other products to support advisory for our Financial Institutions clients (banks, asset managers, private equity companies). Actively work together with the team on clients.

Affinity: Learn about Professional Indemnity insurance and have the chance to drive our strategic digitization project that includes top management visibility.

What you need to have:

We know that you’ve worked hard to achieve your degree – though this isn’t something we want to define you by. That’s why candidates from any bachelor or master degree discipline is welcome here at Marsh.
