Work you'll do
Ability to increase quality of sustainability engagements by providing data-driven solutions that align with client's strategic objectives
Ability to deliver carbon accounting, have basic knowledge of with carbon credit methodologies include but not limited to CCER, VERRA and GS.
Ability to perform complex business process assessments and design solutions to improve client's operational efficiency and compliance
Ability to deliver key messages with clarity, confidence, and poise to instill confidence in clients
Develop self by actively seeking opportunities for growth, share knowledge and experiences with others, and act as a excellent brand ambassador
Seeks opportunities to challenge self; team with others across businesses and borders to deliver and take accountability for own and team results

We are looking for someone with
Bachelor degree holder in science, engineering, economics, accounting, environment, or other relevant discipline.
Preferably relevant masters or other further degree holder
Preferably solid experience of working in a consulting environment
2 years of experience in sustainability and climate change consulting, including but not limited to: climate change, carbon management, environmental and social risk, green finance, responsible investment, sustainable supply chain, sustainability strategy
Excellent analytical skills with high commitment to providing quality client service
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Fluent in Mandarin and English, Cantonese is bonus
Willingness to travel
Passionate in sustainability related subjects
Ability to build and apply a strong knowledge of methodologies, frameworks, processes, assets, and tools to develop and implement effective data driven solutions
Advances the ability to apply domain knowledge into building business solutions and collaborate with team towards implementation of solutions
Demonstrated ability to deliver complex projects
Proven capabilities for team development and coaching
Proven core consulting skills including: slide design, document story lining, problem solving, analytics, modelling
Professional skills: strong networking ability, client management, team management
