A central support team manages functions such as Human Resources, Finance, and Growth, while dedicated HR professionals work closely with the clinics on the ground.

As an HR Business Partner, you will work in close collaboration with:
Clinic Managers (operational HR partner)
Operations Manager (your direct manager)
Central HR team (coordination and alignment)
Key responsibilities
Recruitment
Manage recruitment of assistants:
draft and publish job ads
screen applications and conduct first phone interviews
Participate in recruitment initiatives such as schools and job fairs
Operational HR support
Main HR contact for dental assistants
Support Clinic Managers with day-to-day HR matters
Provide guidance in case of conflicts (advisory role, not disciplinary)
Serve as a link between staff, payroll, and the central HR team
Training & development
Organize and coordinate technical and soft skills training (communication, assertiveness, patient interaction)
Support professional development of dental assistants
HR follow-up & analysis
Monitor selected HR KPIs: absenteeism, turnover, personnel-related costs
Provide basic analysis to support operational decision-making
Field presence
Maintain a balanced presence in clinics to:
build trust and relationships
support teams
represent the organization
Balance hands-on involvement with analytical distance
Profile/Profiel
Education & experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of experience in a generalist HR or HR Business Partner role
Experience in service-oriented or healthcare environments is a plus
Skills & competencies
Native or near-native Dutch speaker – mandatory
Very good command of French
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High level of empathy and emotional intelligence
