As a Coach Business Manager, you will be responsible for the development and the growth of your own business unit, finding new business opportunities and challenges. As a strategic thought‑partner you will report to the Division Director of ALTEN Belgium. You will be a hands‑on manager, leading and developing your local team of business managers to support the following areas: further business growth, development of new local offerings, key account management, further transformation towards consultative selling, and involvement in the global sales strategy of the division. Qualifications 4+ years’ relevant experience in key account management, sales, business strategies in consultancy. You are fluent in English. You are a true people leader with a strong business-oriented mindset. Experience working autonomously in a highly matrixed environment, being result oriented and having an analytical mindset. Adaptability with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities. Excellent communications and interpersonal skills and the ability to influence senior leaders and build influential networks across the organization.
