Description You will be part of Operations Excelence Division, Health, Safety & Talent Engagement department. You will be resposible for several tasks: Organisation of events within PSCG (Diest & potentially any of our abroad warehouses), including proposing the event, alignment with senior management, event execution, reflection with customers and taking care of the practical arrangements. Some of the events are: Organisation of the MIM which is a Monthly Information Meeting for all PSCG office employees, organisation of OE (Operational Excellence) meeting and many more like Seniority celebrations or the New years Party. Creation of e-learning in articulate Support Development roadmap creation ensuring members are ready for the future Grasp current available training material across the divisions & seek good practice within Toyota Support in internal communication to our office & warehouse employees using different communication channels Contribute to the overall engagement of our shopfloor members Company TOYOTA is one of the world’s largest automobile manufacturers and a leading global corporation, founded in 1937.
