As a Legal Counsel, you manage legal matters across the worldwide activities of the Group, ensuring the legal integrity of operations, compliance with local regulations, and alignment with Group policies.ResponsibilitiesYou lead the drafting, review, and negotiation of complex agreements, including: agreements with a strong IP and regulatory focus, and commercial and supply chain agreements.You develop, standardize, and implement contract frameworks across the Group.You act as a trusted legal advisor to business units and senior stakeholders.You provide clear, pragmatic, and risk-based legal advice aligned with business objectives.You contribute to and support key strategic and cross-functional projects.You define, implement, and oversee Group-wide compliance programs.You ensure and monitor compliance with: (radio)pharmaceutical regulations, and competition and data protection laws.You develop and maintain policies, procedures, and internal training programs.Oversee disputes and define litigation strategy.You manage pre-litigation and litigation processes, including with external law firms.ProfileYou have a Master’s degree in law.You have 5 to 7 years of relevant experience (law firm or international Life Science environment).You have a solid experience in corporate and commercial environments.You are fluent in French and English.You have a strong leadership and decision-making abilities.You have excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.You have a strategic mindset with strong business acumen.You are hands-on and solution oriented.You have the ability to operate in a complex, international environment and regulatory law.You ensure confidentiality in the processing and mangement of information.You are stress resilient and responsive.Do you want to become a major player in the global fight against cancer?At Trasis, we give you the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and to contribute to the improvement of cancer diagnosis and therapy techniques.
